Neonatal resuscitation: A cross-sectional study measuring the readiness of healthcare personnel

Background: Optimal neonatal resuscitation requires knowledge and experience on the part of healthcare personnel. This study aims to assess readiness hospital personnel perform resuscitation. Methods: was an observational conducted in May 2021 by distributing questionnaires nurses, midwives, doctors, residents determine level performing resuscitation. Questionnaires were adapted from prior validated Jukkala AM Henly SJ. We research four types hospitals A, B, C, D, which are defined Regulation Minister Health Republic Indonesia. Type A have most complete medical services, while type D least services. The comparative analysis between participants’ characteristics or score conducted. Results: A total 123 70 participants included questionnaire analysis, respectively.
